Pre order Policy
- Pre orders are open for short time only each pre order varies. Once pre order is closed no other orders can be placed.
- Most pre orders take 8-10 weeks after ordering. This allows time for all materials to arrive and for production.
- Please be aware these times are only estimated. Due to the nature of pre orders and being unlimited times could slightly vary. While we work very diligently to have them arrive in the 8-10 weeks delays can occur.
- Once an order is place it cannot be changed or canceled.

- Once your pre order arrives you have 3 days to report any errors to LBCCoCustomerservice@gmail.com
- We hope that you love your LBCCo. Due to the nature of our released all sales are final. All of our products are handmade and although every item is thoroughly inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a defected item. If you feel as though you have received a defective item please email us @LBCCocustomerservice@gmail.com within three days of receiving item. We will be happy to repair or exchange it. Once we confirm you have a defected item, you will have 3 business days to ship it back to us. Only the original purchaser can receive repair or exchange. Remember we only ship to the original address on file.
- All items must be new, unwashed, and unworn.
- Unopened packages marked "return to sender" will not accepted.
- Due to screen difference and different photography lighting we cannot guarantee the colors will be exactly as appear in photos.
- We will not be able to make changes once your order is placed. The only address on file will be the address we ship to. Address changes cannot be made after purchase.
- Most ready to ship items ship in 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted in the listing.
- Please allow up to 72 hours once labels are printed to show out of pre shipment.
- We also cannot combine shipping on any orders. Once order is placed if placed in two separate orders they will ship separately.
- Post office delivery errors are not the responsibility of Little Bird Clothing Co. If for some reason a package shows delivered that you did not received please contact your local post office as they would be the best place to locate your package.
- Be sure to check your items when they arrive you must report any issues within 3 days of receiving.
- Also since all of our products are also hand packaged, due to human error sometimes order mistakes can happen. If you receive the incorrect order or have something missing please contact us via email and we will get it sorted out for you.
- LBCCo is known for our non-standard buttons. Most of our buttons are special ordered or designed for each release. If for any reason a button is lost or broken please email our customer service for a replacement button.
